NRC Founder Ralph James passed away 11-26
Ralph Martin James August 16, 1943 to November 30, 2007. Founder of Neighborhood Revitalization Committee in 2000, Ralph was a really great, altruistic man, whos life touched many others in many positive ways!  Many people spoke for Ralph at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, on November 30, 2007. NRC will continue to carry the torch... Ralph, we truly miss You, R.I.P.
